This downtown hotel across from the Oakland Convention Center was built in 1 915 and renovated in 2000. Décor inside the hotel is streamlined and contemp orary Italian in style. The hotel does n ot have on-site parking; most guests park at the convention center across th e street, for a fee. They can also use a computer with high-speed Internet in the lobby s business center. A BART station is a block away. The happy hour is Monday through Friday 5:30-7:30pm. They also have a fully bar that is open for lunch and dinner. A fi tness room is on site and free of charge. During the happy hour, guests will receive $1 off the draft and well drinks. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant is open Monday through Friday 11:30am- 2pm for lunch and 5:30-9pm for dinner.
